How it started

Duncan Fearnley traces its roots back to 1955 when a budding young cricketer, Duncan Fearnley began his trade as an apprentice with Senior Counties Bat Makers in Yorkshire.

Duncan, born in the cricket hotbed of Pudsey, Yorkshire was one of the youngest players to play Bradford League at 15 for Farsley.
